Description
I spent 4.5 years growing SpokenLayer alongside founder Will Mayo. We pivoted the business from a B2C podcasting app, to a B2B production and technology company over that time, additionally building an entire advertising marketplace on top of our platform once we had subscribers.
We grew revenue from $0 to over $10M, raised $10M+ in venture capital, and achieved profitability by the time I left the business. I was responsible for all finance and operations within the business, including scaling our HR, customer success, and technology teams.
Results
Scaled the business into two revenue streams, SaaS and ad marketplace.
Conducted 3 fundraising processes to raise over $10M in funding.
