My name’s Patrick McCarthy – I’m a Fractional CFO and startup investor who’s been on the ground with founders for nearly 10 years. I’ve helped startups grow from founder to 50 people, raise more than $25M in funding, and grow revenue from $10K annually to over $10M while partnering with some of the largest advertisers and companies in the world.

As the VP of Finance at SpokenLayer I built out a complex financial infrastructure, managed our enterprise SaaS and advertising financial models and budgets, raised $8M in venture funding, managed our cap table through 3 funding rounds, while also taking a heavy hand in operations. Most recently, I helped sell Paperspace to Digital Ocean for $111M as their Fractional CFO.
